Meet the Maker
Inner Fleece is a small batch, independent yarn studio based in Bath UK. I'm Michele and what began as a personal journey into knitting and spinning slowly grew into a deeper creative practice rooted in reiki, mediation and nature. Each skein, wool top and carded batt is dyed by hand using eco-conscious methods and thoughtfully selected fibres. My colourways are a vibrant reflection of the beauty in our earth and how the colours we surround ourselves with lift and energise us. The wool I dye buzzes with reiki energy to energise your creativity and help you stay rooted and happy. I think my work reflects the joy I feel when I create these products and my love for healing positive vibrating spaces.

This photo was taken as i prepared to Reiki charge yarn in my studio at my home in Bath. This was a beautiful day as we were bathed in sunshine. I have two studios, a renovated coal shed at the back of my house where i dye all the fibres and a beautiful wooden studio in my garden for everything else.
